DELIVERY


In order to ensure that your precious new-to-you purchase arrives with you safely, we always post each parcel via a tracked delivery service, most items are sent via Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day Delivery by 4pm, and all items are insured for the value that they are purchased for. This way, both ourselves and yourselves can track and trace your order along it's journey to you, and know when it has safely arrived in your loving home.


European and International Delivery are also offered for all orders*, and all items are sent via a tracked and insured method of delivery, for peace of mind that your beautiful new-to-you bundle of joy will arrive with you safely.


We usually send out your items on the day you purchase them when you place your order before 12pm, or on the following day if your order is placed after 12pm (with the exception of weekends and bank holidays, where your order will normally be posted on the following working day). Each item has an expected delivery period at the checkout, this is how long your order should take to reach you, and we always aim to meet these delivery expectations.


UK delivery is £5.99 per order and free if you spend £500 or more

European delivery is £12

The cost of delivery to all other countries is £25


We do use and re-use recyclable and recycled packaging, so you may sometimes receive your parcel in a box with another brand name on it ... this is because we believe in sustainability, not only in the pieces that we sell, but also in the packaging that we use. Do not worry, though, we only ever use packaging that is as-new and will protect your precious new-to-you piece during transit.



RETURNS


At Nicola Jane Couture we want you to be completely in love with your new-to-you purchase, therefore in the unlikely event that you are not overjoyed with your new beautiful bundle of vintage joy, we accept returns for a refund or exchange within 14 days of you receiving your purchase; providing that the following conditions are met:


You must fill out the form below with all of the required information, as soon as you have realised that you are unhappy with your purchase, and this must be received by us no more than 14 days after receipt of your item


The item must still have it's security tag in-tact and not tampered with, in the form of the ribbon and tag/stopper and/or the 'warranty void' sticker, (so please do not remove or alter these in any way until you are totally satisfied that the item gives you that warm fuzzy feeling inside). 


The item must be in the same condition as it was received (we carefully inspect and take thorough photographs of each item before sending them out) including, but not limited to, no marks, make-up, alterations, scratches, tears, permanent or semi-permanent creasing.


Everything that was included in the original sale must be returned (for example: dust bags, boxes, receipts, paperwork etc). 


When trying shoes on, please make sure they are on a carpeted surface rather than a hard surface, as any damage to the soles or security sticker will mean that they cannot be accepted for return.


The items must be returned no more than 14 days after we have confirmed receipt of your intention to return the items


Please complete and return the enclosed returns slip with the item, including all original packaging and everything that was included in the sale, and send them back to us at the correct address, which is as follows;

We recommend that you return the item via a recorded/tracked and insured delivery method, as Nicola Jane Couture will not accept any liability for lost or damaged items whilst in the hands of yourselves or a third party. 


The refund will not include the original delivery and packing costs, nor will it include the costs of returning the goods


Items offered for sale via consignment and therefore owned by a third party and not ourselves are not eligable for return. These items are clearly marked in the individual items description.


Returns and refunds are not offered for special order items and items purchased via our personal sourcing service.


All of the above conditions must be met for a full refund or exchange to be processed


You may, if you wish, contact us via email in order to notify us of your intention to return your item at returns@nicolajanecouture.com, however using the form below is preferred and usually more efficient as the details required to process your return are set out for you.
